I thought it would be a smaller charity today as I'd been ranting about UNICEF wasting money posting letters to me and then Oxfam were at it too. So it was SENSE - the charity for deafblind people whose shop I found when I was early for a conference in the Midlands and had a few minutes to browse. I bought a long, long, purple dress to cover my massive belly.
Sense is the leading national charity that supports and campaigns for children and adults who are deafblind. We provide expert advice and information as well as specialist services to deafblind people, their families, carers and the professionals who work with them. We also support people who have sensory impairments with additional disabilities.
